Don Frazier, a political leader and member of the Taneytown city council in Carroll County, invited me to attend a gathering of his Tri-District Republican club in Northern Carroll County. The event, held on Saturday, August 11, afforded candidates such as myself for Maryland State Senate, and US Senate Candidate, Tony Campbell, an opportunity to address the members.
