A job in the free market economy is the best social program. The state can therefore best address the needs of the economically disadvantaged by support for job growth and opportunities for employment in the free market economy.
In this purpose, reducing taxes and lifting government restrictions on entry-level employment is important to enable progress towards eventual self-sustaining gainful employment for all instead of perpetual government dependency.
